New Full Day 4-Year-Old Pre-Kindergarten Registration

The Canastota Central School District will be offering a full-day Pre-Kindergarten program for the 2021-2022 school year for children who will be 4 years old by December 1, 2021.

Updates to Federal Stimulus Grant Spending

Thank you to everyone who recently completed the optional survey regarding the federal stimulus grants.  Please click here to review a slide show from our recent virtual community informational meeting on June 16th for the results from the survey and an outline showing how the Canastota CSD plans to utilize these funds.

The Board of Education remains committed to providing an opportunity for public participation in Board meetings. Please note that Canastota residents wishing to participate in the public comment portion of the Board meeting may submit their questions or comments by noon on Tuesday, August 10th to be included in the public meeting. Maura White Appointed as New RSES Principal
The Canastota Board of Education appointed Maura White on Monday as the new Principal of Roberts Street Elementary School, which serves about 300 students in grades 4-6.

Canastota students now have access to the entire Mid-York Library System digital collection using their school library account through an expansion of an e-books partnership with Madison-Oneida BOCES.
