Two Canastota FFA members recently went to Hamilton High School to participate in the New York State FFA District 5 Leadership Development Events competition. At the event, Riley, Canastota FFA Vice President, secured first place in Jr. Creed Speaking, while Bridget placed among the top 7 in Sr. Creed Speaking. Both FFA members have now qualified to compete in the Central Region Substate Competition, which will be held in March. If they succeed, they will go on to compete in the New York State FFA State Convention.
